We do recommend that students take every opportunity possible to practice their English. Both colleges maintain libraries of English books.

Read lots of English books! Oxford Owl has a very good selection of e-books which you can read and listen to online and also recommends lots of age-appropriate books. Keep a record of the books you have read!
All students are expected to be exposed to as much English as possible over the summer holidays. They must speak, read aloud, discuss & watch films in English whenever they can. Use English subtitles whenever possible. This will help them to feel at ease in September and they will not have lost all that valuable work and effort they made during the school year.
