TESTIMONIALS
Listen to our very first students who graduated from our Section Internationale
Concerning the use of the OIB in my studies. As far as the contents go, it depends on the class. For economics, some of the theories we see can be exemplified by examples we saw together in history last year, and the examples are usually original compared to the other student’s, and in English, what we saw with Mrs Rattier is very useful as we saw many stats, facts and examples, which adds a lot of depth to what I write.
But, what’s more important is the experience the Section has brought us. The use of the PEEL/PEAL, the fact we did many orals and having to deal with an extra work load compared to other students is extremely useful, in prépa anyway, and gives you an immediate advantage on other students. The transition from terminale to prépa can be very difficult but having the acquired experience of the section really helps with it and with the extra work load. The orals are especially useful as we have two orals a week (khôlles) and I find it really helps with my expression but also with timing.
Overall, I think I can confidently say what I learnt with the section is still very useful to this day and is a great advantage.
Sincerely,
Luc
