Melissa Toledo
Born in Peru and also an Australian citizen, Melissa is an Industrial Engineer with an MBA from the University of Melbourne. She has lived in ten different countries, joining the Committee in 2023 as Marketing Officer before becoming President. Her three children attend Pasteur Primary, Collège Pasteur and Lycée Corneille.
Elise Reboud
Bicultural Anglo-French, Elise holds dual master's degrees from Cambridge and Université Paris Cité. A trained child and family clinical psychologist, she has been an active member of the association since 2018 and is mother of three children at La Celle Saint-Cloud.
Dominique Duquennoy
With a British background and a career in tech, Dominique is drawn to the future of work and meaningful progress. A proud parent to two daughters — one in collège and one starting maternelle — he cares about honest connection and practical innovation.
Andrew Chicoski
A native of Detroit, USA, Andy has built a career in the automotive industry. After having resided at various times near Tokyo and Chicago, he settled in Paris with his family in 2019. He joined Grand Chêne in 2025 and has a son enrolled at La Quintinye.
Anne Chen
From Brazil, Anne has a Veterinary degree with a public health background, and has lived in Panama before arriving in France in 2021. She joined the association in 2026 and has a daughter at Lycée Corneille.
Srilatha Proddatur
Originally from India, Srilatha is a Chartered Accountant. Before being a full time mom, she worked in Investment and Equity research. Since their move to Paris, her children have been in Grandchêne, with the older child recently graduating from Terminale and the younger now in collège Pasteur.
Eve Jackson
Born in Birmingham, UK, Eve is a journalist and Culture Editor at France 24, where she presents the daily arts programme. She previously worked as a news journalist for the BBC and ITV. She studied Law and French and has lived in France since 2008. Her two children attend Jules Verne and La Quintinye.
Fabienne Dangla
Born in Madagascar and a French citizen, Fabienne has also lived in the US. She holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication and a CIPD qualification in Organisational Learning and Development. She is an L&D professional specialising in training and competency development. Her two children attend Primary Pasteur.
Kelly Chevrier Wirth
Born in France to a British mother and a German father, Kelly studied International Business near Paris before building a career of nearly two decades in renewable energy. A mother of two, she has a daughter and a son at Jules Verne in Noisy. Kelly joined the Committee in September 2026. Connecting people is her daily pleasure: if you mention something, she probably knows just the person for you. She is always happy to chat, so do say hello!
Shannon Saboureault
An American from Connecticut, Shannon holds a BA from Boston College and an MBA from INSEAD, France. After building a management career in London, she relocated to France six years ago. Her two children are in their third year at the Wednesday program.
Amy Davis
Born in Chicago, Illinois (USA), Amy is a learning services professional working for the technology firm SAP. Before moving to France in 2008, she lived and worked in the US, Canada, and Australia. Amy and her family became French citizens in 2021 and her two children attend Jules Verne and La Quintinye.
Anh Pottier
Originally from Vietnam, I hold degrees from Jönköping International Business School, Sweden and ESC Dijon, France. Following a background in advertising at Daiko, a Japanese advertising agency, I spent over a decade working as an educational consultant while living as an expat across Africa and Asia. Today, I am an independent English educator and online coach helping families raise bilingual Vietnamese-English children. Having recently settled down in France, I am raising two trilingual kids (French, English, Vietnamese) who have just started at École Louis Pasteur.
