Applications for the 2026/27 school year are open — contact Admissions with any questions.

Before You Apply

Complete in one sitting

The online form cannot be saved and resumed later — set aside enough time to complete it in one go.

Form is in French

Our online form is currently in French but should become available in English soon. Google Translate works well for a direct translation.

Online & complete only

No paper applications are accepted — online submissions in PDF format only, and only complete dossiers are assessed.

Applying from a different educational system? Check our School Years Comparison chart first.

Required Documents

Please prepare the following documents before you start your application:

Motivation letter

Written in English, by the parents. Typed and exported as PDF — no need to print, sign or scan. Should cover family background, expatriations, and past schooling.

Previous report cards

All report cards from the 2024/25 school year, compiled into ONE PDF document.

Current report cards

Report cards for 2025/26. These may arrive as late as end of January/beginning of February 2026 — please wait for them before submitting, as only complete dossiers are assessed.

Handwritten English sample

A handwritten piece of your child's work in English (book report, creative writing, diary entries…), as ONE PDF document. Not applicable for GS/CP.

Current English teacher's email

The Admissions office will contact this person directly for a letter of recommendation — you do not need to.

CNED documents

If your child follows CNED coursework, please provide their current reports. Does not apply to all candidates.

Application FAQs

I have more than one child, how do I apply for my other children?
Fill out the information for your first child, then press “inscrire un autre élève” (register another student) to add the next one.
On the child part, what does “relationship with the child” mean?
This refers to Parent 1’s relationship to the candidate filling out the form.
What do I fill in for “Régime souhaité” for a Collège/Lycée student?
All Collège and Lycée programmes are “integrated” into the school schedule — please choose “intégré”.
What should I choose for “Formation actuelle” if my child’s current class isn’t listed?
If you’re unsure which option applies, select “Autre formation”.
I’ve filled out all the fields but can’t submit — why?
Some fields are compulsory and marked with a star. Make sure every starred field has been completed before submitting.
How do I find the French equivalent of my child’s current school year?
Use our School Years Comparison chart to find the French equivalent.
My child does not speak French, can I still apply?
Yes — if your intention is for your child to become bilingual in French and English, we have adapted programmes. Please contact Admissions for details.
My child is missing some documents (no English teacher, homeschooled, etc.) — can I still apply?
Yes, you can still apply. Please reach out to Admissions to explain your personal circumstances.
