PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
As a private programme within the public system, our students receive the best of both worlds: the methodology and rigor of the French public system together with the more creative, flexible approach of an Anglophone education.
Our Section is an ideal fit for families with children who are bilingual in English and French, and who are looking for high-quality yet affordable bilingual schooling.
Our community is made up of Anglo-French families living in the area, French families returning from expatriation, and English-speaking international families who now call France home.

FRENCH IMMERSION
A strong command of both English and French is necessary for admission into the Section. For children who are new to France, a minimum level of French must be achieved before joining the Section programmes.
In Primary, children can enrol in any local school for full French immersion and can join our Wednesday Programme in parallel. Once their French is ready, students may transition into our Integrated or External Programmes, provided space is available.
From 6ème onwards, Collège Pasteur offers a French immersion program (UPE2A). Children can join UPE2A for up to a year and then transition to the Section programme. If the student speaks some French, she/he can enroll in Section classes while receiving additional support from the UPE2A teacher.
