PROGRAMME FEES
GrandChêne Section Internationale is run by the APESEB (Association des Parents d’Elèves de la Section Britannique). The association is governed by the 1901 French law relating to non-profit organisations. The members of APESEB are the parents of the children registered in the GrandChêne programme, and the Board of Administrators is composed of parent volunteers elected at the Annual General Meeting of the association.
Tuition fees are used to remunerate the English teachers who work in the programme and the administrative staff, as well as to fund teaching resources, the library, teacher training, purchase of fiction and textbooks, etc. Fees are fixed at the Annual General Meeting in September for the current school year and may be modified as part of the budget voted at that meeting.
FEE SCHEDULE
The total annual fees are to be paid in 10 monthly automatic withdrawals. The first two withdrawals (for September and October) are made the same week in mid-October to reflect any increase determined at the September AGM. The eight remaining debits will be made by 5th of each month, from November through to June. Any additional costs (e.g., examination fees) will be debited in mid-October, along with the first withdrawal.
Payment in one instalment is possible (due in October) and carries a 2% discount.
